American voice actor, ADR director and Funimation writer known for his work on many English versions of Japanese animes such as voicing Krillin in Dragon Ball and all its ensuing variations. He is an illustrator for the independently published comic book series, Elfquest. He worked as a writer and director on TV series such as Dragon Ball Z, Case Closed and Lupin the Third.

He began voicing Krillin for the English dub version of Dragon Ball in 1999. He voiced characters in many shows, animated movies and video game adaptations. In 2007 he wrote and illustrated the graphic novel We Shadows, which was nominated by the The American Library Association in 2008. In 2009 he voiced the main character in the Xbox game ‘Splosion Man. He also plays King Clover in the anime Black Clover and is an artist at Dark Horse Comics.
