Otis Frampton is a writer and artist who works in comics, books, and animation. Otis is the creator of the new comic book adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s THE PATCHWORK GIRL OF OZ, as well as ODDLY NORMAL (published by Image Comics). He has written & illustrated books for Lucasfilm, IDW Publishing, DC Comics, Capstone Books, and he’s an artist on the popular animated web series HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED.
